An advert just came on for a book launch: &#8220;100 Reasons Why IBB is a Great Man&#8221;. That&#8217;s IBB the former military dictator, looter of the Nigerian Treasury, political godfather and self-proclaimed &#8220;evil genius&#8221; (he&#8217;s half right).
